When your client asks, “How many leads have moved through the deal pipeline?”, you probably head straight to GoHighLevel, search the dashboard, find the numbers and copy them into your spreadsheet.

And if you’re doing this every time a client asks for an update, it quickly becomes tedious.

So what if your GoHighLevel data was already organized in Google Sheets and automatically updated on a pre-defined schedule?

With Two Minute Reports, you can connect GoHighLevel to Google Sheets, pull the data you want, and build a ready-to-share dashboard within minutes. In this guide, I’ll show you how to set it up, so the next time your client asks a question, you already have the data at your fingertips.

## How to Connect GoHighLevel to Google Sheets?

You can connect GoHighLevel to Google Sheets through the [Two Minute Reports Hub](https://hub.twominutereports.com/). It is your workspace for managing your GoHighLevel data in one place. Here’s how to get started:

### Step 1: Creating a Connection

1\. Go to hub.twominutereports.com and click **Connections → Create Connection.**

2\. Inside the dialog box, complete these three steps:

- Select the GoHighLevel connector from the list of options.

- Enter the name of your connection, and choose the connection type. Select the Private Integration token and paste the token. Paste the location ID (sub-account ID) as well. For more information, please refer to our [GoHighLevel documentation](/help/connectors/gohighlevel#connect-with-a-private-integration-token).
- Once done, enable the GoHighLevel accounts you want to analyze performance. Please note that you can’t query disabled accounts.

3\. Once done, navigate back to the Hub homepage and click **Google Sheets → New Google Sheets Report.**

4\. Click **Use Template** and follow the on-screen instructions to launch the Two Minute Reports add-on in your spreadsheet.

### Step 2: Configure and Run Your Query

1\. Once you’ve installed the add-on, navigate to **Menu → Data Queries** and click **Add.**

2\. Select the GoHighLevel accounts you want to include from the sidebar.

3\. If you’re managing multiple clients, go to **Clients → Manage Clients** (in the sidebar)**,** map your GoHighLevel accounts to the relevant clients and click **Save & Close.**

4\. Next, choose relevant [GoHighLevel metrics and dimensions](/gohighlevel-metrics-and-dimensions) and select your date range.

5\. Click **Run Query** to pull the data into your chosen sheet and cell. Now you can see the insights populated in your [Google Sheets dashboard](/templates/google-sheets).

The next step is to **automate your query.** In this way, you can set up predefined schedules so your clients receive up-to-date insights at defined intervals.

You can either click **‘Save & Automate’** or navigate to **Menu → Schedule Refresh.** Either way, the steps remain the same. For now, let’s click “**Save & Automate”.** Then, follow the steps below:

- First, enter your **schedule name**.
- Next, **select the queries** to include in this schedule. You can choose multiple queries if you want them to refresh on the same schedule.
- Then, choose how often you want to **refresh** – hourly, daily, weekly and monthly.
- Specify the exact time and timezone for the refreshes to occur.

Once you are done with the above steps, you can set up your reports to be delivered via email. Here’s how you can:

- To enable email delivery, move the toggle to **‘Email’.**
- Next, select the **Sheet to report.**
- Enter the email addresses of your recipients – your clients, team members or stakeholders.
- Select whether you need to attach the report as a PDF, Excel/CSV or both.
- Write a customized email subject and body message to include with each report.

And that’s it. Your schedule is now saved. From here on, your clients will receive the latest sales and marketing insights delivered to their inbox automatically.

## How to Analyze GoHighLevel Data in Google Sheets?

Once your GoHighLevel data is connected to Google Sheets via Two Minute Reports, you can analyze your sales, marketing, pipeline and revenue insights in one place. Here’s how you can do it:

### 1\. Contact Acquisition & Attribution

**Metrics:** Contacts count.

**Dimensions:** Contact created date, Contact source, Attribution campaign, Attribution UTM source, Attribution UTM medium, Attribution UTM content, Attribution referrer, Contact city, Contact state, Contact country.

**Analysis:** Break down your contact volume by source, campaign, or UTM parameters to see where contacts are coming from. Use Contacts created date to track how acquisition changes over time, then compare sources to identify which channels are consistently bringing in more contacts.

###  2. Opportunity & Pipeline Performance

**Metrics:** Opportunities count, Opportunity monetary value, Opportunities open count, Opportunities won count, Opportunities lost count, Opportunities abandoned count, Opportunities won value.

**Dimensions:** Opportunity created date, Opportunity source, Opportunity status, Opportunity pipeline ID, Pipeline stage ID, Pipeline stage UID, Pipeline name, Pipeline stage name, Opportunity assigned to.

**Analysis:** Track how many opportunities enter your pipeline and how their status changes across open, won, lost, and abandoned stages. Break down opportunities by Pipeline name and Pipeline stage name to see where opportunities are concentrated. Use Opportunity source to identify which sources are generating opportunities that progress further through the pipeline.

### 3\. Conversation Activity

**Metrics:** Conversations count, Conversation unread count.

**Dimensions:** Conversation created date, Conversation assigned to, Conversation type, Last message date, Last message direction, Last message type, Last outbound message action, Conversation company name, Conversation full name.

**Analysis:** Track conversation volume over time and break it down by conversation type or assigned user. Use Conversation unread count to identify conversations that still need attention. Looking at the Last message direction \[shows whether the most recent message from the thread is inbound or outbound\] and Last message date can help you spot conversations that didn’t receive a recent response.

### 4\. Invoice & Payment Analysis

**Metrics:** Invoices count, Invoice total, Invoice amount paid, Invoice amount due, Invoices paid count, Invoices sent count, Invoices partially paid count, Invoices void count.

**Dimensions:** Invoices created date, Invoice issue date, Invoice due date, Invoice status, Invoice currency, Invoice contact name, Invoice contact email, Invoice contact ID, Invoice business name.

**Analysis:** Compare the total invoiced amount with the amount paid and the amount due to understand your outstanding receivables. Break down invoices by status to see how many have been paid, sent, partially paid, etc. Use Invoice due date to identify invoices that require follow-ups and Invoice created date or Invoice issue date to track invoicing activity over time.

### 5\. Subscription and Recurring Revenue Analysis

**Metrics:** Subscription count, Subscription amount, Subscriptions active count, Subscriptions cancelled count.

**Dimensions:** Subscription created date, Subscription status, Entity source name.

**Analysis:** Track how many subscriptions are being created, how many remain active, and cancelled. Compare Subscription amount across active and cancelled subscriptions to understand the value associated with your recurring customer base.

Use Entity source name to identify which sources are driving subscriptions, and Subscription created date to see how subscription activity changes over time.

Explore 40+ metrics and 400+ dimensions to track and analyze your sales, contacts, conversations and more. Explore [GoHighLevel metrics and dimensions](/gohighlevel-metrics-and-dimensions) to get started.
