This might have occurred due to two different reasons,

  • Your Google Account might have failed Authentication
  • Your Google Account password might have been changed

However, re-authenticating your Google Ads Account will help you troubleshoot the problem.

To begin re-authentication, please follow the steps outlined below.

Choose the Google Ads Account Data Source that gave you the TOKEN FAILED error.

Select the Edit option, which will allow you to re-authenticate with your Google Ads account.

After successfully completing all three steps, your Google Ads account will be re-authenticated, refreshed, and then the report can be launched.
