Install the add-on
Install the Two Minute Reports add-on in Google Sheets from the Google Workspace Marketplace.
Install the Two Minute Reports add-on from the Google Workspace Marketplace, then open it from the Google Sheets menu.
Prerequisites
- A Google account that can use Google Sheets
- For a work Google account: your organization must allow the add-on. See Google says "Service unavailable" when you open the add-on.
- A Two Minute Reports account. You can start with a 14-day free trial.
Install the add-on
Open the add-ons menu
Sign in to Google Sheets with your Google account. Open Extensions in the menu bar, then select Add-ons › Get add-ons.
Find Two Minute Reports
In the Google Workspace Marketplace, search for "Two Minute Reports". Select the Two Minute Reports add-on.
Install the add-on
Select Install.
Grant permissions
Google shows the permissions that the add-on asks for. Select Allow.
The add-on needs these permissions to write data into your spreadsheet and to run scheduled refreshes. Google says "Service unavailable" lists each permission and what the add-on uses it for.
Open the add-on
Return to your spreadsheet. Open Extensions › Two Minute Reports, then select Launch. The Two Minute Reports sidebar opens.
Check the installation
The sidebar opens on Data Queries. Select Menu at the top left to see the other screens:
- Connections: connect your platforms, such as Google Ads or Meta
- Data Queries: choose the data to put into your spreadsheet
- Schedule Refresh: refresh your queries on a schedule
Next, create your first connection.

- Clear your browser cache, then try again.
- Use a supported browser: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge.
- If Google shows "Service unavailable", your organization does not allow the add-on yet. See Google says "Service unavailable" when you open the add-on.
