Facebook TOKEN EXPIRED or user changed Facebook Password!

If you were unable to launch your Facebook Ads / Facebook Insights Report due to this error, this article will undoubtedly assist you in troubleshooting this error. This might have occurred due to two different reasons,

  • Your Facebook Account might have failed Authentication
  • Your Facebook Account password might have been changed

However, re-authenticating your Facebook Account will help you troubleshoot the problem.

To begin re-authentication, please follow the steps outlined below.

Choose the Facebook Account Data Source that gave you the TOKEN FAILED error.

Select the Edit option, which will allow you to re-authenticate with your Facebook account.

After successfully completing all three steps, your Facebook account will be re-authenticated, refreshed, and then the report can be launched.
