You might see this error when using Two Minute Reports in Google Sheets. This is due to an issue from Google’s end, caused by multiple Google accounts being logged in.
Why This Happens:
When you’re signed in to multiple Google accounts, Google sets one as the default — the first account you logged into. If this default account doesn’t have the Two Minute Reports add-on installed, it can cause this error.
Steps to Fix:
1. Sign Out of All Accounts
- Click the profile icon in the top right and select “Sign out of all accounts”.
- This will log you out of all Google accounts.
2. Sign In with the Correct Account
- Log in to Google again with the account that has the Two Minute Reports add-on installed.
3. Retry the Add-On
- Try launching the Two Minute Reports add-on again.
