Troubleshooting
Fix common problems when you use Two Minute Reports in Claude, ChatGPT and other AI tools.
These problems can occur in all AI tools. For a problem in one AI tool, see that tool's page.
The AI tool answers without your data
- Start your question with "Using the Two Minute Reports connector".
- Make sure that the Two Minute Reports connector or app is on in the chat.
- Ask "Which accounts do I have connected in Two Minute Reports?". If the AI tool cannot answer, connect Two Minute Reports again.
The AI tool says you do not have access to a team
Your access is checked for each team, on each request. The message names the team.
- Make sure that you are a member of that team.
- Ask about a team that you are a member of, or say the team name in your question.
See Which team an AI tool sees.
The AI tool can read but cannot run a data query
To run data queries, you need the Editor role or higher on the team. A Viewer can read clients, dashboards and goals, but cannot run data queries. Ask an admin of the team to change your role. See What each person can do.
The AI tool says that a seat is necessary
You do not need a seat to read. To change something, you need a seat. See Seats.
The sign-in does not complete
- Make sure that you sign in to the Two Minute Reports account that has your data.
- When you select Allow, Two Minute Reports can ask you to confirm it's you. Complete that step.
- Remove the connector from the AI tool, then add it again.
The AI tool stopped working with your data
- Someone signed out the AI tool on the AI tools page, or ended the session in Settings › Security. Connect the AI tool again.
- If you left the team, the AI tool cannot see that team's data.
A skill does not run
- Make sure that the skill is installed in the AI tool. See Skills.
- Make sure that your team has the data sources that the skill needs. On the Skills tab, the skill shows Ready.
- Ask for the skill by its job, for example "Audit my Google Ads account", or select it in the AI tool.
The AI tool says that there are too many requests
Each person can make up to 120 requests a minute. Wait one minute, then try again. See Limits.
