Connect GoHighLevel to Google Sheets or Google Data Studio

Two Minute Reports' GoHighLevel connector lets you access and analyze your CRM data directly in Google Sheets or Google Data Studio. Build custom pipeline, revenue, and funnel reports, all without writing any code.

What you can report on

  • Contacts: created over time, sources, tags, and custom fields
  • Opportunities and pipelines: stage, status, and monetary value
  • Appointments and calendar events
  • Conversations and message activity
  • Invoices, orders, transactions, and subscriptions
  • Form and survey submissions
  • Tasks: total, pending, and completed
  • Workflows and sub-account users

Prerequisites

  • A GoHighLevel account with at least one sub-account (location) you want to report on
  • Admin access to that sub-account

Connection types

Two Minute Reports offers two ways to connect GoHighLevel. Either one gives you a working connection, so pick whichever suits you:

  • Public App: authorize Two Minute Reports inside GoHighLevel and choose the sub-accounts to install it on. The installed sub-accounts are then listed for you to enable.
  • Private Integration Token: paste a token you generate yourself, along with the Location ID of a single sub-account.
A Public App connection can cover multiple sub-accounts at once. A Private Integration Token connection maps to one sub-account, so you'll need one connection per sub-account.

Connect with the Public App

  1. Go to https://hub.twominutereports.com/connections
  2. Click New Connection to create a connection
  3. Select GoHighLevel from the list of available connectors

  1. Name the connection, set Select connection type to Public App, then click Connect with GoHighLevel

  1. Log in to GoHighLevel if you're prompted, then click Install
  2. In Select Sub-Account, tick the sub-accounts you want to report on, or use Select all
  3. Keep Enable Automatic Future Installation ticked so sub-accounts you create later are added for you, then click Continue

You'll be returned to Two Minute Reports, where the installed sub-accounts (locations) are listed for you to enable.

Connect with a Private Integration Token

Step 1: Get your Location ID (Sub-account ID)

  1. Log in to GoHighLevel and switch to the sub-account you want to report on.
  2. In the left sidebar, go to Settings.
  3. Open Business Profile.
  4. Under General Information, copy the Location ID.

Step 2: Create a Private Integration Token

  1. In the same sub-account, go to SettingsPrivate Integrations.
  2. Click Create new integration.
  3. Enter a name (for example, Two Minute Reports) and an optional description.
  4. In the Scopes dropdown, select all available scopes.
  5. Click Create, then copy the generated token.

For more detail, see GoHighLevel's own guide: Private Integrations: everything you need to know.

Select every scope, otherwise the matching data won't be returned. The token is shown only once, so copy it before closing the dialog. To change scopes or replace a lost token, create a new Private Integration.

Step 3: Create the connection

  1. Go to https://hub.twominutereports.com/connections
  2. Click New Connection to create a connection
  3. Select GoHighLevel from the list of available connectors

  1. Name the connection, then fill in the authentication details:
    • Select connection type: choose Private Integration Token
    • Private Integration Token: paste the token from Step 2
    • Location ID (Sub-account ID): paste the Location ID from Step 1
  2. Click Test and Save

Enable your accounts

After creating a connection, enable the accounts you want to use from the available options.

Important: Only enabled accounts can fetch data and count toward your plan usage. You can enable or disable accounts at any time in the hub to manage your plan usage efficiently.

How to get GoHighLevel data into your reports

To pull GoHighLevel data into Google Sheets:

  1. In the TMR sidebar, go to Data Queries and click Add
  2. Select the accounts you want to analyze (can select multiple)
  3. Choose your metrics and dimensions from available options
  4. Select the date range for your analysis
  5. Configure sorting and filtering options as needed
  6. Click Run Query to populate the data into Google Sheets

Good to know

  • Data freshness: There's no provider reporting delay. Current-day records are included.
  • Snapshot data: Resources without dates (such as locations, pipelines, users, calendars, tasks, forms, surveys, workflows, and tags) can't be grouped by a date dimension. Remove the date field from those queries if you see an error.

Troubleshooting

  • A sub-account is missing after installing the Public App: run the Public App flow again and tick the sub-account you need. Ticking Enable Automatic Future Installation covers sub-accounts you create later.
  • "Test and Save" fails: check that the Location ID belongs to the same sub-account where the token was generated, and that the token was copied in full with no trailing spaces.
  • Some resources return no data: the token is most likely missing scopes. Create a new Private Integration with all scopes selected and update the connection.
  • Token no longer works: if the Private Integration was deleted or regenerated in GoHighLevel, edit the connection and paste the new token.
