What is Two Minute Reports?
Two Minute Reports is a reporting tool. It connects your marketing, advertising, e-commerce, and analytics platforms to Google Sheets and Google Data Studio. You do not write code.
You do not export data from each platform and paste it into spreadsheets. You define the data that you want, and Two Minute Reports gets it automatically on a schedule that you set.
In the Hub, you can also build dashboards, track goals, and ask Dash and other AI tools about your data.
Two Minute Reports is for marketers, agencies, and businesses that report across many platforms.
Why teams use Two Minute Reports
- Gets data from 30+ platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, GA4, Shopify, and HubSpot
- Sends it to your destination, Google Sheets or Google Data Studio, where you already work
- Refreshes it on a schedule: hourly, daily, weekly, or monthly
- Supports many accounts: connect and query many accounts for each connector at the same time
- Needs no code: set up connections, queries, and schedules in the Google Sheets sidebar or the Hub
Agency use case: manage many clients
Agencies can add and manage many clients in one team.
For example, your agency handles Google Search Console, Facebook Ads, and Shopify for different clients. The Clients feature helps you:
- Create separate dashboards for each client
- Monitor goals and budgets from one place
- Track campaign and store performance without switching between tools
- Share clear, client-ready dashboards faster
The two destinations
Two Minute Reports supports two destinations. You choose one when you sign up, and it is included in your plan at no extra cost. You can add the second destination later as an add-on.
| Destination | Best for |
|---|---|
| Google Sheets | Custom dashboards, pivot tables, formulas, and spreadsheet-first workflows |

How it works
Two Minute Reports organizes your work into three core concepts:
- Connections: you sign in to a platform, such as Google Ads or Shopify. The connection gives Two Minute Reports access to the accounts that the sign-in can see. You then enable the accounts that you want to use.
- Queries: you define the data to get: the accounts, date range, metrics, and dimensions. In Google Sheets, a query fills a sheet. In Google Data Studio, a query config holds the accounts and data options for a data source.
- Schedules: in Google Sheets, a schedule refreshes your queries automatically.
