Automations
Use Two Minute Reports data in n8n, Make and Zapier workflows, with the REST API or the MCP server.
Send your clients' numbers to Slack, Google Sheets or email on a schedule. Use n8n, Make or Zapier. There is no Two Minute Reports app in these platforms yet, so each one connects with its own HTTP step or MCP client.
Choose how to connect
| REST API | MCP server | |
|---|---|---|
| What it does | Your workflow runs a query and gets rows of data | The workflow's AI agent picks Two Minute Reports tools |
| Use it when | You know the data you want: same query, every run | An AI step decides what to get |
| Key | An API key | An MCP key |
| Address | https://api.twominutereports.com/v1 | https://mcp.twominutereports.com/mcp |
Use the right key. An API key is for the REST API only. Create an MCP key for the MCP server.
Create a key
- In the Hub, select AI tools, then the Automations tab.
- In the REST API section or the MCP server section, select New key. The section sets the key's use.
- Give the key a name, for example the workflow's name.
- Select Create key, then copy the key. You see the key only one time.
You can also open a platform's steps on the Automations tab. The steps there contain your team ID and one of your accounts.
