Common issues at a glance

No data?

Check that the correct account is connected, the date range has data, and there are no API errors. See No data in reports.

A permission error?

This usually means that the spreadsheet or report belongs to a team that you are not in. See Permission denied errors.

Charts are broken?

The chart may have lost its data source, or its metrics and dimensions may not work together. See Missing data source or System errors.

Authentication failed?

The connection's access may have expired, or your password changed. See Token expiration and authentication.

Google blocks the Google Sheets add-on?

If Google shows "Service unavailable" and "You tried to access a service that isn't available for your account" instead of the sidebar, your organization's Google Workspace settings refuse the add-on. See Google says "Service unavailable" when you open the add-on.

Lost your phone, or your 2FA code doesn't match?

A code that doesn't match is almost always a phone clock that's slightly off. If you've lost your phone or passkey, use a recovery code or ask support. See Can't sign in with two-factor authentication.

A database, WooCommerce, or API Bridge connection fails?

These connectors read from a server you control, so your own firewall can refuse them. A partial IP allowlist makes it fail only some of the time. See Connection blocked by a firewall or IP allowlist.

Reports stopped after a connection was deleted?

No connection gives access to the account any more. Create the connection again with a login that has access to the account. See Account not found after a connection is deleted.

Scheduled refreshes fail?

Advanced Scheduler may have lost access to your Google account. See Advanced Scheduler lost access. If the message is about one spreadsheet, see Google denied access to this sheet.

Microsoft Ads declined the sign-in?

If Microsoft says that it declined the sign-in for your organization, your IT admin must enable the Advertising API first. See Microsoft Ads: organization hasn't enabled the Advertising API.

You created a connection, but no new connection shows?

Your team already had a connection for that login, so the Hub opened that connection. See You already have this connection.

A new account is not in the list?

The account list of the connection is possibly not updated yet. You can refresh it one time in 30 minutes. See Refresh your account list.
